Do not wash hair / dreads
It may sound counterintuitive, but please don’t wash your hair with shampoo for at least 72 hours. Finely washed hair is silky and slippery. This goes in our fingers! Just leave your hair as it is, we prefer that.
Your hair must be dry!
It’s hard to dread with wet hair. Therefore, please do not show up at the appointment with wet hair. Therefore, cover your head in case you get caught in the rain on the way.
Better to do nothing than the wrong thing
You have the appointment with us, all your problems will be solved. That is, best not to do anything more to your hair. In general, we believe that it is better to do nothing than to constantly do the wrong thing.
Punctuality means respect
Most of our customers are punctual. Thank you very much for this. We also try our best to make sure we can serve you on time. Be aware that sometimes we have multiple clients in one day. If you’re late, it can be a little stressful for us. Furthermore, punctuality is also a sign of respect for our time. If you realize you will be late, let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations at short notice are not fair!
Since we often have a waiting list, last-minute cancellations are not only unfair to us, but also to those who have to wait for an appointment. If you realize that you cannot keep an appointment with us, please contact us immediately so that we can reschedule the appointment if necessary.
Come with enough time
We don’t like to be stressed. Therefore, bring enough time to your dreadslocks appointment.
